Retention of the employee can be characterized as the expectation of workers to remain faithful to other present work environment. Which help to company intensity, as well as remove the cost of continuous the employee recruiting process. (Huang, et al.,2006,) Employee retention is the general system or limit of a company to hold its best representative and after keeping up a lower turnover. An organization can achieve that by getting various supportive programs. Representative maintenance is and should be one of the essential focus areas of the human resource department in any company. According to the Scott, (2008). Explain, introducing the employee supportive program for organization, is a successful method for ensuring key specialist stay utilized while keeping up work execution and efficiency.
Voluntary turnover has been relentlessly ascending through the years in every one of the businesses over the globe.
